Terms and Conditions OCCUPATION The property will be available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. The accommodation is for use ONLY of the party shown on the booking form. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed 8. CHANGEOVER DAY Bookings are made Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times 5.00pm-7.00pm. Departure time final day before 10.30am to allow time for the cleaners to clean the house for the next guests. DAMAGES & BREAKAGES The holidaymaker is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition on termination of the holiday. They are also liable for breakages or damages at the property, which occur during the period of their occupancy. Breakage's to be notified immediately. A deposit of 100 euro is taken when paying for this rented accommodation through Paypal to cover damages and/or breakages. It will be returned via cheque by post within 21 days of departure when a full check of the property has taken place. Breakages and damages, declared or discovered must be paid before departure or will be taken from the security deposit after checkout. CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your booking you must immediately notify us via e mail. If you cancel the holiday fifteen days or more before the arrival date we will refund the monies paid minus a €100 cancellation fee. If you cancel the holiday fourteen days or less before the holiday there will be no refund. LIMITS OF LIABILITY The owners will do their best to ensure that any booking made by them will be to your satisfaction. Holidaymakers who accept the booking agree and acknowledge that the owners shall not become liable or responsible for loss, damage, or injury to property or persons in connection to the holiday. >> more
